CoD players like you will always complain about even the good shit and yes while MWIII was terrible all those premises do not apply to both mw3 (2011) and mw3 2023. mw3 is literally just finality of the trilogy youre basically saying its a copy of MW2 og because its a sequel of it, which makes no fucking sense because its a SEQUEL how is it a carbon copy? and also the DLC part only applies to MW3 2023. I played every Soulsborne game other than Bloodborne and Demon’s Souls because they are not out for PC yet, and I can safely say that the only bosses that I am emotionally connected to are in DS3 with Slave Knight Gael being The Blockbuster. I don’t care about the new releases, I don’t care about Elden Ring’s bosses, I don’t care about other games etc. Slave Knight Gael will always be the best boss fight ever in my eyes. Think about it, you killed Soul Of Cinder and the main game is over, you decided on linking the first flame or not, so this means you lost your sole purpose, you’ve become hollow. Gael found out that he had the dark soul, he lost his purpose, he became hollow as well. 2 hollows in the middle of nowhere at the end of time with no one to witness, throw the most memorable and important fight of them all

Your definition of an MMO and everyone else's definition of an MMO is vastly different, while yes, Bungie does want to turn Destiny into an MMO, the thing is Bungie wants the MMO, without the MMO, if that makes sense, Bungie wants the expansion capabilities of an MMO, the monetary potential, but Bungie does not actually want to make an MMO, I know this, I have met some of the dev's, my co-workers and I have had talks about what many of them wish to see, direction that the company is going in, and why. It is far more profitable to be the company to make an MMO without the actual elements of an MMO, because MMO's are expensive in the long run, but their monetary potential is lucratively attractive to companies, Bungie is a business, and their goal is to make money, even if it pisses everyone off.

I seriously don't understand all these Publisher's Mr. Krabs scrooge levels of greed. Every time a good game is ruined its almost always a Publisher trying to enforce some greedy money grabbing tactic into their game. EA, Ubisoft, Bethesda, Sony, the list goes on. Just corporate dickbags that go home and let their wife get fucked by another man probably. I understand these games cost a lot to license, develop, and maintain over the years and they just want a return on investment. But there is return on investment, and then there is what these Publishers are doing. Its not right..

Crucible.... Arguably one of the things that got me into PVP online, no exaggeration. Used to run Mida Multitool or Fighting Lion..... Dammit I miss those days but it just doesn't seem worth going back. Especially since the devs sundowned a bunch of exotic quests I was in the middle of. Can't say I would feel right about paying for Thorn after putting in hours of grind, and paying for the subscription for a while.

I agree Godskin Duo isnt my favorite in ER, but its leagues better than Ornstein and Smough. Just replaying O&S yesterday i saw how bad it is. O's dash constantly gets interrupted on pillars or S, just to restart with no warning or windup. S's hammer moves O around, resulting in his attacks being delayed and harder to dodge, or your attacks missing. They have no synergy as a duo fight, as normally they have one passive and one aggressive enemy. Here, theyre both aggressive, with one walking just barely slower than the other. Overall just really poorly executed

From how I see it, we have Demons Souls that’s a proof of concept. Dark Souls, the game. Dark Souls 2, experimentation. Bloodborne, an experimentation in a whole another area. Dark Souls 3, perfecting the Dark Souls formula. Sekiro, experimentation in a while another area. Elden Ring, applying Dark Souls into a vast open world. (Disclaimer: I haven’t played any other FromSoftware games, but I know their catalogue is extensive) And all this is just like how the first few Final Fantasy’s were. Thank you pixel remasters. Now if the first Bloodborne was just an experiment, imagine what Bloodborne 2 can be, when it’s a perfected formula.

I still enjoyed this one more than I enjoyed DS1, and I played it after I played Bloodborne. Therefore I passed DS2 with the aggressive style of Bloodborne and also skipping the mobs. The feel of adventure this game brought to me is very similar to the feel I got in Elden Ring. This game is an underrated, risk-taking masterpiece
